Sometimes things happen for a reason. I was on a cruise this past weekend and ran into a previous client. My previous client was granted a green card this year after I was able to successfully have her court case terminated. This cruise was her first time leaving the US in about 15 years. When we arrived back in Tampa this morning, CBP officials detained her saying they had no proof of the order terminating her case in their system. As I was exiting the ship, the previous client reached out and let me know what was going on. I got a copy of the order from my office and provided it immediately to CBP who then released my previous client almost immediately.
Today, I was glad I was there to help. Here’s to good clients, good people, and being in the right place at the right time!
