Effective March 9, 2021, citizens of Venezuela are eligible for Temporary Protected Status in the United States. Temporary Protected Status is a temporary designation applied to a foreign country whose conditions prevent nationals from returning home in a safe and secure manner.
Don’t miss out! The registration period is open from now until September 5, 2021. Venezuelan’s who wish to proceed with an application must do so prior to that date. If approved, applicants will receive work authorization, may be able to receive a travel document, and cannot be removed from the United States.
