Stay Applications and ICE Report Dates – Why would I be required to attend an ICE report date?

  • To those nervous about an interview before USCIS, you’re not alone! I just had clients in my office that were worried when we sat down to discuss the interview. After I prepared the clients for their interview using a thorough mock interview process of my own making, my clients are ready for the interview and feeling confident.
  • Some immigrants are required to attend report dates with ICE on a regular basis. Immigrants who report to ICE may be eligible for an application to stay their removal, or delay their removal.

  • Applications to stay an immigrant’s removal are submitted at the local office of ICE and require substantial evidence.

  • If you are presently reporting to ICE or dealing with ICE in any capacity, Elizabeth Cuenca, P.A. is well versed in obtaining information and communicating with this agency to advocate for clients!
